Our mission is to provide our guests with a comfortable and hassle-free stay, while providing our landlords with a hands-off service. Management service for landlords
Our service allows landlords to have a hands-off approach giving you back your valuable time from the investments you've made whilst ensuring they are in capable hands.
This service provides:

Guaranteed rent for a fixed period (typically 3-5 years)

No void periods

After the contract ends the property will be handed back as it was given to us (we clean & maintain the property after each guest!)

No agent fees (including tenant fees)

No legal fees (we have a contract ready to go!)

Maintenance covered up to an agreed amount
Bespoke Sourcing Service
Our bespoke sourcing service means we find investors their ideal properties whether it be a property that can be flipped, a standard rental property or other bespoke criteria.
This allows investors to get their valued time back. We aim to have your ideal property sourced within 6 weeks after agreement.
